By hiring Big T Rentals, LLC (a subsidiary of Tancredi & Perrault Group) for logistics, transport, storage, staging, or equipment rental, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. These terms apply to residential homeowners, builders, designers, and commercial contractors across Southern California.
Big T Rentals, LLC provides heavy equipment fleet support, developer logistics coordination, designer staging storage, and white-glove transport services. Our services are conducted under California Licensed Contractor rules (CA Lic. #1031279). Inquiries submitted through our forms are processed securely in accordance with our system configurations.
We actively coordinate dispatches and heavy fleet vehicle allocations under the direction of our Operations team to maintain project punctuality. We reserve the right to limit, restrict, or reject service requests based on capacity, site safety restrictions, or geographic logistics limits.
For all structural move-ins, equipment dispatches, and staging deliveries, the client must ensure:
Rates for dump trailers, stakebeds, logistics vehicles, and warehousing are calculated dynamically. Internal Tanco General Contractors and Tancredi Development sister entities utilize pre-configured cost-recovery billings.
External designers, builders, and staging clients are billed according to signed rate agreements. Standard rate classes are detailed below:

Big T Rentals, LLC is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry robust commercial general liability and auto fleet insurance policies matching strict contractor requirements. Our liability limits are bound strictly by our standard service contracts.
For third-party staging assets in our designer warehouse, liability is limited to actual cash value (ACV) of the goods, up to the maximum amounts specified in the client's active storage agreement. Clients are advised to maintain independent structural transition insurance for high-value fine art, heirloom items, or unique custom products.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action or dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
